Beat Root orders are shipped globally using Royal Mail, UK orders with First Class post, (2-4 days) international orders with tracked delivery. (4-8 days) If you require a more secure postage method do let us know, but we have had little or no problems with these methods of shipping. 

International orders will receive a tracking number on request. 

We offer a common sense returns policy. If you are not happy with your Beat Root within a few weeks, and it is ungigged and undamaged, we will happily give you a refund. Return shipping costs are at the buyers expense.
